After we finished up with the policy we were putting in place she discussed other policies that I had coming up and options for them. "This is the only insurance office that has ever reached out to me without me looking for quotes to offer me a lower auto insurance rate than what I currently had (much lower). Since then, they've taken care of me well and my rates haven't increased due to claims in the area like I experienced with previous companies. Everything has always been very simple with good communication, from renewal to claims to adding coverages."
