"Everyone at Statefarm have been great to me. I know for sure three of the employees there know me by name, I was having issues setting up the beacons in one of our vehicles and the tech help line people couldn't help me, Chase stayed late and constantly checked with me to make sure we finally, I think after he sent me 3 different beacons to work. Samantha helped me get renters insurance at a low cost and bundled with Mt auto insurance and Madison is just the sweetest and helps with anything she can before transferring me. I have to say, they have the best customer service and one on one that I have ever seen with an insurance company before. I like that they actually care to know their customers."

"Scot called me to follow up on an insurance quote from 2 years ago. I told him I was out of my office and didn’t have time to discuss it and he very rudely asked why I wanted to pay Geico a higher rate. I told him I wasn’t interested after his unprofessional call and his office continually called me for days afterwards. When I asked to speak with Scot directly his employee said that wouldn’t be possible. I would avoid this business and I wouldn’t give them any contact information because they will spam you incessantly until you buy insurance."
